My business is human resources consulting. Increasingly, it is about helping organisations and individuals to perform. Broadly speaking, it is about business optimisation.

In the early days, I did my own search engine optimisation.

Without paying any inclusion and submission fees, I have achieved high rankings on most of the key search engines (including Google) on the key word terms relevant to my site and business.
