Derek Stockley Pty Ltd presents a coaching skills training program in central Sydney, NSW which provides participants with the opportunity to update and enhance their coaching skills as a team leader or manager. The coaching skills course is also available in Melbourne.

Coaching skills are essential

Participants will be able to:

Understand the role of the coach
Effectively prepare and conduct coaching discussions
Work with team members to improve their performance

This program is for people holding or moving into team leader or management roles, or people established in those roles, but who have not had any formal coaching training.

The course is needs based. You cover the coaching skills techniques and ideas, but a substantial component involves practical exercises that let you focus on the management of issues most important to you.

Fees

The fee includes morning and afternoon tea, a light lunch and all course materials and participant notes. The course fees for participation in the same course on the same date are:

One participant: $575
Two participants: $1110 ($555 each)
Three participants: $1605 ($535 each)
Each additional participant, $535 each.
These fees include GST

Multiple registrations in the same course but on different dates attract a $20 per person discount off the fee.

Please note: an additional $20 per person discount applies for past public course participants, or participants from past or current clients of Derek Stockley - only one extra discount per person applies. Please claim your discount (with reasons) on the registration form.

The number of people for each course is limited to a maximum of twelve.
