Sales Development Program - Manufacturing Company

An in-house program combining multiple subject areas

The initial training request was for public speaking training for sales team staff. As the training needs analysis progressed, this broadened to include presentation skills and sales techniques.

On the day, the program covered communication, public speaking, presentation skills and the sales process. As the day progressed, the company’s marketing and sales process was reviewed. The practical sessions, where participants delivered actual sales presentations, reviewed the participants’ delivery style. Marketing and sales messages were also assessed and reviewed.

The outcome included skills development, team building and sales process review. Specific actions were identified for implementation by the team in the weeks after the training.
